GPM Racing TRX-4 Mock LS3 V8 Engine with Cooling Fan & Red Heads

This is the GPM Racing Mock Chevy LS3 V8 Engine with Cooling Fan with Red Heads for use in the Traxxas TRX-4.  With a built-in temperature sensor, the high-speed fan turns on as the motor heats up, and shuts off if it is running cooler.  Use this scale accessory to boost the realism on your next RC crawler build!

Features
1. Built-in temperature sensor, control fan on or off automatically.
2. High-speed fan for high airflow – up to 3.25CFM (+/-10%).
3. Material: Main body: Aluminum + stainless steel. Cover + exhaust pipe: Black heat resistant ABS plastic.
4. Temperature sensor: Power supplies at 35 dec C (+/- 5 dec C). Reset at 25 deg C (+/- 5 deg C). Temperature sensor is welded to the fan.

When installing on TRX-4:
1. The manifold side needs to be removed to have enough room for installation.
2. The crossbar on original body post needs to be trimmed to the position of the intake pipe in order for installation (see picture).

If you have modified the motor to a front motor setting:
1. Remove the manifold and install it directly on the original damper mount and fender.
2. To install the manifold, you must use GPM Racing #TRX4028 front damper mount or other flat style mounts to have enough room for the left and right manifolds.
